To get your passport you will need:
- 2 passport photos:
can be obtained at Kinko’s Copies
- Proof of citizenship:
previous US passport, birth certificate, naturalization certificate, certificate of citizenship
- Photo ID
- If under age 18, parents may be required to give consent
Print a copy of the passport application from:

Wait to sign the application until you are in front of the passport personnel.
